0.3.9 RC5 is out!

Fixes the CheckFiles date issue. This is the last issue I know of so please report ASAP or else this will go "golden" pretty soon...

There is no 0.3.9 rc5 files in the downloads section...

Sorry, was in the wrong "folder" (under nightly builds not releases) moved them now...
