NSClient++ Help (#1) - CheckExternalScripts still beta? [SOLVED] (#543) - Message List
Hi there,
It's probably nitpicking... The company I work at is still using NRPE_NT at the moment and I'm eager to geve NSClient++ a shot instead.
A colleague of mine pointed out that X years ago, they didn't go with NSClient++ because CheckExternalScripts was still beta quality. Even today, at http://nsclient.org/nscp/wiki/CheckCommands you can indeed read that it's beta, but I don't see it mentioned anywhere else.
Is this purely a documentation oversight and should the beta tag be removed on that page, as http://nsclient.org/nscp/ticket/270 seems to imply?
If I had been using NSClient++ longer I wouldn't need to ask this probably :-)
Greetings,
Pascal

No it is not... CheckExternalScript? was beta when NRPEListener had the same functionality. I shall change the page.
