Description (last modified by mickem)
I have been running 3.8 on all my windows servers, was just recently setting up 4 new servers. Of the 4, 3 work find with the 3.8 release of the 64bit client.
One server however isn't.
the latest effort I uninstall 3.8 and install :
NSClient++-0.3.9-x64-20110216-2246
Here is a copy of the log file.

Replying to mickem:
Something is wrong with the counters:
Found countername: CPU: \(_total)\
Try see if PDH counters work on the machine in for instance perfmon
Huh, the perfmon counters aren't even there on the server. Working on how to restore them.
Thanks for the info!
